past two days were very intensive, so I manage to write now in the following morning.
On Tuesday I visited two places with famous rock sculpture - Mount Rushmore National Park and Crazy Horse Monument. I got there on fantastic roads - curvy, narrow, in forests where one can wildlife very often. I really enjoyed these places !
5 min from when I left the hotel and here what I see by the road...
Entering Black Hills - fantastic roads and views !
Mount Rushmore
Crazy Horse Monument
Next I went north - US 85 , which is really streight ! As can be seen on map it has 90 degree turn - and it was a very long one so even trucks doesn't need to slow down. For over 50 miles (80 km) there is nothing except the road - no sross, no brifge, no buildings...
Break on US 85
Entering next state :)
US 85 in North Dakota has a special name
Yesterday I visited Theodora Roosvelta National Park - it is splitted into 2 parts, north & south. I started withh north, then south and I can say that view from north part is the best place I have seen so far on this trip
